Delete your Chuchotage account

You can delete your account directly in Chuchotage or request deletion if you no longer have the app.

Delete in the app

Open Chuchotage, go to Settings, open Account, and choose Delete account. Confirm the warning. The live account is deleted immediately and active translation stops.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@chuchotage.ai from the address used for your Chuchotage account and ask for account deletion. If you cannot send from that address, include it in your request; Chuchotage will verify ownership before deletion.

What is deleted

The active email is anonymized, sign-in sessions are revoked, pending sign-in challenges are removed, and active relays are closed. Backup copies age out within 14 days. De-identified credit and non-content session records may remain for accounting, security, and abuse prevention. Audio and transcript content is never stored by Chuchotage.
